PLUGGED SEWER LINE-WHAT TO DO 

If you should have a plugged sewer, the first things you should do is not run any additional water down the sewer and shut off your main water shut off valve.  Then remove your main sewer clean out cover.  If the sewer is backed up at the clean out this will tell us if your sewer is plugged on the inside of your home or on the outside.  Then call service A.S.A.P.
