LAWN FAUCETS OR SILLCOCKS

If you move into your home during the winter you will have turn your lawn faucets on in the spring.  The valves for the sillcocks will be located in the basement or mech. Room.  They should have a large orange instruction tag on it.  We recommend that after turning on the valve on to the sillcock, that you tighten the packing nut behind the valve handle to prevent any dripping of water.  This is standard procedure after opening and closing a water valve.
