  ITEMS NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY

  1. Any part of the plumbing system that has been added to or changed by other contractors or the homeowner.
  1. Plugged toilets due to, too much solids or sanitary products.
  1. Frozen lawn faucet pipes from improper draining.
  1. Lighting of the water heater pilot light.
  1. Tightening of packing nuts or valves, after they have been opened or shut by homeowner.
  1. Water pressure in the home.
  1. Re-dapping of fixture seals.
  1. Unplugging of k/sinks drains when disposal has been used improperly.
  1. Re-setting of water softener timers, after the elec. Power has been out.
  1. Damaged toilet flappers due to chlorine products put into toilet by homeowner.
  1. Products damaged by homeowner.
  1. Removal of anode rods from water heater.
