NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY
- Any part of the plumbing system that has been added to or changed by other
contractors or the homeowner.
- Plugged toilets due to, too much solids or sanitary products.
- Frozen lawn faucet pipes from improper draining.
- Lighting of the water heater pilot light.
- Tightening of packing nuts or valves, after they have been opened or shut by
homeowner.
- Water pressure in the home.
- Re-dapping of fixture seals.
- Unplugging of k/sinks drains when disposal has been used improperly.
- Re-setting of water softener timers, after the elec. Power has been out.
- Damaged toilet flappers due to chlorine products put into toilet by homeowner.
- Products damaged by homeowner.
- Removal of anode rods from water heater.
NOTE: Valley Plumbing will not be responsible
for products such as painted wood toilet seats getting scratched after the final walk
thru.
