FIXTURES  (Helpful Hints in cleaning them)

Toilets – Clean with any spray foam cleaner.

Cast Iron Tubs – Same as toilets

DO NOT use any abrasive cleaner on your tub.

Fiberglass Tubs, Showers and Whirlpools – To make cleaning these fixtures easier and less likely to water spot, give them a good coat of auto polish that is for fiber glass products.  If you wipe down your fixture after each use, it will maintain its finish for years to come.

Stainless Steel Sinks – Wipe out after each use, and clean with Bonhomie-powder. 

Toilet Seats – Clean with any spray cleaner.

All your fixtures have been checked for any damage and factory defects, prior to your closing of the home.  Your wood toilet seats are especially susceptible to nicks and scratches, because they have a painted surface.  For this reason we cannot replace any with scratches.  You can touch them up with good quality enamel paint.
