FIXTURE SEALS 

Some of your fixtures such as toilets and kitchen sinks are sealed with dap.  The dap products are soft and can stain very easily, and for this reason they are not covered under the 2 year warranty.  If you need to re-dap a fixture take a damp sponge and clean around the fixture.  Then apply a small bead of dap compound around the fixture.  Next, take the damp sponge and wipe away any excess dap from the fixture.
