FALL DRAINING OF SILLCOCKS

Before freezing temps. Arrive, you should shut off and drain all sillcock.  This is done by shutting off the stop and waste valve for the sillcock on the inside of the home and opening the sillcocks on the outside.  Then open the drain cap on the side of the stop and waste valve to drain any additional water out.  Be careful not to lose the small cap or the gasket.  Improper draining of sillcocks and tightening of packing nuts on valves ARE NOT UNDER WARRANTY.
